Care in the clinic

Pregnancy care is provided in a beautiful Mornington Clinic. These appointments are 45min long and are tailored to meet your individual needs. It is my goal to ensure that you are feeling prepared (physically, mentally and emotionally) for the amazing journey ahead. You and your baby's wellbeing will be reviewed at every appointment. This includes listening to your baby's heart beat, feeling your abdomen for baby's position, monitoring baby's growth, measuring your blood pressure, and reviewing and ordering any pathology tests and ultrasounds. Referrals can be made to other health practitioners when necessary.

Postpartum care is also provided in the clinic. I am available to provide postnatal care for up to 8 weeks post birth. There will be a focus on supporting your transition to motherhood, with lots of TLC. Your emotional and physical wellbeing will be assessed, along with your baby's growth and development. I will provide breastfeeding support, bottle feeding support, and advise on normal newborn behaviours and settling techniques.
Please submit your details on the 'contact me' page for information on pricing.

Birth Debriefing
Birth debriefing is for anyone who wishes to explore their birth experience. New research shows that most women WANT to talk about their births with a care provider (Bannister, Hammond, Dahlen & Keedle, 2025). These sessions are not just for women who have had a traumatic births - it is for anyone, and for all birth types.
If you are within 8 weeks of your birth, I would love to hold space for you at very little cost. As part of a comprehensive postnatal appointment with me, I will hold space for you in a 90 minute session. Medicare rebates for postpartum care are excellent, and therefore this is a way to feel heard, validated and supported without breaking the bank.
